I didn't know Keira Knightley is British & other confessions

Hi. Do you guys remember this series where I confess lots of weird things to you? Yeah. It's back. Because I am chock full of this stuff and it needs to come out. Here we go!
1.  I'm having a really hard time lately figuring out if I like Cane's or Chick Fil A better.
2. Does anyone even like Kayne West anymore? or are we all just pretending if we don't talk about him he will go away....? Oh yeah, confession. Well I suppose the confession here is I don't like Kanye West. If I put it lightly. Sorry Yezzy.


3. I'm dying to see Zootopia. When it comes to movies, I'm basically an 8 year old child.
4. Wait, an exception to that confession is that I've fallen in love with the movie "Atonement".
5. Speaking of Atonement, you know, the one with Keira Knightley... am I the only one who did NOT know she is British?! Here we are, sitting at home chatting about her and I think to myself " I have never seen her in a movie where she doesn't have an accent". YEAH THAT'S BECAUSE IT'S A REAL ACCENT. My whole life is a lie.

6. And she is my WCW, errr I guess Woman Crush Every day would be more accurate.
7. Blogging is super hard because I hate re sizing images AND because I made my own blog layout which is as basic as it gets, it's sometimes difficult to get things to fit like I want them to and that drives me bonkers.
8. Am I the only human who still says bonkers...?
9. I can't wait till it stops raining and it's warm enough to go bask in the sun. I'm really hoping to go from wonder bread sandwich to a nice shade of toasted marshmallow real quick.

But maybe not as toasty as last year.....maybe.

Dog Stalking & Other Confessions

I've decided to make this a reoccurring post thing. Just cause. My first one was HERE, if you're curious as to what this biz is all about. (below is one of the greatest dog gifs of all time.)

So here we go
1. I dog stalk. As in, if you have pictures of your dog anywhere, I will look at them all. If you are walking on the street with a dog, I will stop everything and try to pet your dog without awkwardly asking if I can pet your dog. If it's not obvious enough, I really really really want a dog. 

2. I watch criminal minds almost every day. (wait. maybe I don't want to admit that..) Dr. Reid is basically responsible for solving every case and if you don't think so, I'm not sure we can be friends..

3. Chase and I quote this video all the time now. " Thats funny. I've never heard of a George Glass at our sküle"

4. If I could, I would have a jamba juice every.day. 

5. I love to celebrate everything. I did valentines week instead of valentines day. Leslie Knope is with me on this one.

6. Hearing that Oklahoma is trying to ban AP US history fills me with such sadness I cannot even express. If I did, it might be the equivalent of having it snow every day of your Hawaiian vacation. (I am aware this doesn't happen. but imagine the sadness.) 

5. As much as it pains me to say it, I think I'm side taylor in the taylor swift/katy perry fight. It's a real thing...apparently. But more importantly, I am always side LEFT SHARK.

6. When we go to Washington next month I really hope Chase let's me hangout with these bronze animals in his hometown. I mean, look at them. (side note, I'm stoked both of our families live in Washington state now)

7. I have already bought 2 boxes of french toast crunch since it's come back. I regret nothing. 

8. I really don't know why women fight with each other about whether or not they should wear makeup... but that could seriously be it's own post. 

9. I love snoop dogg. (snoop lion) I mean don't ask me why, I just do. 

10. I want breakfast food all the time. Side note, why doesn't mcdonalds sell their breakfast all day? It's like they're purposely torturing me (orrrr preventing me from being 5000 lbs. matter of opinion)

Thanksgiving Week

ah...Thanksgiving. I  love this holiday because as you all know I love to stuff my face with food. just kidding. (not kidding at all) but I really do love a time when people take time to realize all the blessing they have. This year has been a crazy one, but I am truly blessed beyond what I deserve.

I decided to just combine the whole week because 1. I take a lot of pictures and never post 1/3 of them to social media and 2. because I forgot my SD card thanksgiving day. yes. I really did bring my camera and 2 lenses and failed to bring an SD card. I don't want to talk about it...lest I cry.

Chase's sister McKae stayed with us that week after we picked her up from Saint George. She was a good sport having to sleep on our tiny and somewhat uncomfortable couch. I searched all over a few days before for a good sushi place to go to with my roommates. we went to cheesecake factory. obviously I was successful...

But turns out I really was! because we found fat fish and it is NOMS. let me tell you, I don't really like sushi, so this is a big deal. Chase wanted to weep tears of joy I'm sure because it's his favorite food ever.

They have super cheap sushi: I mean look at this. (but don't look to hard because its kind of awful quality..)

I will probably post about this more later, because I have other things to post about. sorry.

We put up the tree on Wednesday because WE CAN (christmas haters), but that will be it's own post as well.

This is the only picture I got on thanksgiving day. Obviously my priorities are in order since there are no pictures of people.

Needless to say, I had seconds. Someone stop me.

I was definitely missing black friday shopping with my family. They are the masters. And there is just something about walking around the mall at 3 am with a bajallion people that is so wrong but feels so right. 

But chase and I went the next morning....probably because all night I was like:

Maybe I can slowly condition him into loving black friday...

I was able to do a little of Shaunessy's makeup and take a few pictures of her too! She was an awesome model, and chase followed us around. He must have just loved this week so much.

We ran home from pictures and drove to bountiful: McKae went through the bountiful temple while she was here and we were about to go too! It was gorgeous, and a wonderful time (minus being sick and sniffling the whole time. sorry to everyone who was in that session)

and finally a Hatches stop. I was stoked when Chase's sister first took us here. I think I'm the only one who remembers the show TLC had for about 5 seconds called "The little Chocolatiers". Here's a LINK, and if you remember this PROPS TO YOU, because I was so excited when I realized this is their chocolate shop. I mean they were on tv making chocolate. *fame*

McKae suggested we get the hot chocolate there: I looked it up. It's straight up melted chocolate and milk. Thats it. I felt like I was in the willy wonka movie. I don't even like chocolate all the much (I know. everyone hates this fact) but I still loved it.

Basically this was an awesome week of doing things I love: shopping, eating, taking pictures, doing makeup and hanging out with family. Till next Thanksgiving, stay thankful y'all.
